Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Corby
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Major Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Corby.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
• Ensuring daily productivity and performance targets are achieved
• Monitoring workflow and allocating tasks effectively
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the warehouse
• Conducting team briefings and providing ongoing coaching and support
• Assisting with stock control, goods in/out, and operational processes
• Reporting performance issues and operational updates to management
• Ensuring quality standards and company procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
